We have a 10 days return policy, you can return the item within 10 days after receiving the parcel.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact, just as you received it. Please ensure that you provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request. In order to maintain our competitive prices and cover associated expenses, we may charge a restocking fee of 25% on all returns. This fee helps us offset shipping costs and sustain our commitment to offering exceptional pricing.

Please note that returns due to a change of mind are not applicable under this return policy. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your location. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and courier label for your reference.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Every returned device will be thoroughly checked by our Quality Control (QC) team and is subject to approval if the stated issue is verified. If the QC team does not identify any issues with the device, the return request will be rejected, and the same device will be shipped back to you, with a two-way courier charge of no more than 40 AED.

For credit card/debit card payments, the refund will be reflected in your account.
For cash on delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be deposited into your bank account.

Please note that all return payments will be processed within 7 working days after the return is approved.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been credited.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted on your account.
  3. Reach out to your bank as there may be a processing period before the refund is reflected in your account.
  4. If you have completed the above steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire. This approach ensures a quicker process and ensures that you receive the desired item without any delays.

Damages and issues

We kindly request you to carefully inspect your order upon its arrival. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately with in 24 hours. We value your satisfaction and aim to address any issues promptly and appropriately. In such cases, we may request that you create a video while opening the courier package to help us assess the situation accurately and ensure the best resolution for you.
