Warranty Policy:
Our warranty policy provides coverage in the event of any material, design, or workmanship defects that may arise after the purchase of the product. This policy ensures that you are protected and supported throughout the specified warranty period.
All items cover under 1 year warranty
Warranty does not cover accessories.
To benefit from warranty services, it is necessary to provide the original invoice for verification of the product’s serial number and validation of the warranty period. This step ensures that the warranty coverage can be properly validated and any applicable services can be provided accordingly.
Warranty repairs require 10 working days from pickup to dispatch.
Repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. The warranty terms align with the manufacturer’s guidelines for your device.
In the event that your item cannot be repaired but is still within the manufacturer’s warranty, we will provide a replacement. If a replacement is not available, you will be eligible for an 90% refund after deducting a 10% restocking fee.
To utilize warranty services for any defect occurring within the valid warranty period, you can submit a request through your account. Our warranty team will contact you within 24 hours to validate the claim and provide troubleshooting assistance. Please provide pictures of the product from all angles along with the IMEI/Serial number.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item in its original box or ensuring safe wrapping to avoid any damage during transit. If inadequate packaging leads to damage, Reevamp will not be held responsible, and the claimed item will be returned to the customer without servicing.
Warranty Service Policy:
Customers are solely responsible for their personal data and information stored on devices. It is advised that customers make backups of their data, disable Find My iPhone (FMI) feature, and remove any locks or passwords before submitting the device for servicing.
The time taken to acquire device information or obtain customer approval is not included in the repair process’s Turn Around Time (TAT).
By submitting your item for repair, you agree to us and the repairer using your contact details solely for the purpose of the repair service.
The customer acknowledges that all information provided during the warranty claim is accurate.
Customers are responsible for removing screen protectors prior to submitting the device for service.
The warranty will not cover defects or damages resulting from customer misuse or failure to abide by the instructions for use.
Liquid spills on the product, unauthorized repairs, and screen damage including Face ID and Apple Pay are also excluded from warranty coverage.
Delivery Policy:
For all items covered by warranty, a flat shipping fee of AED 35 will be applied.
Reevamp holds no responsibility for damages that may occur during the shipping of items to our warehouse. It is crucial for customers to ensure that the item is securely packed in its original box or wrapped safely.
During the pickup process, the customer is required to provide the courier company with the corresponding accessories and product, which includes earphones, batteries, chargers etc
